My Hometown

    When it comes to my hometowns, I would say I have two. My first hometown would be Louisville KY. I spent, if not almost all of my formative years in this city, since I lived there for about 16 years. However, my second hometown has since felt more like a hometown to me, and that is in Shelbyville, KY. I have lived here for about 4 years and already have a whole community around me. There's not too much in Shelbyville, KY, besides a Dollar General on every turn and a Waffle House and lots of farmland.

Why UC

    I found out about UC through my friend and his family. I did not, at the time I like the idea of Cumberlands because I had my heart set on a different college that my dad went to, although that fell through because of the price of tuition being more than a car and house combined. In the end tho I can't really complain since I love The University of Cumberlands now, and I get to go to college with my boyfriend, who so happens to be the one who told me about UC.

My Relationship With The Internet

    I use the internet a lot in my day-to-day life. I use it to Google unhinged questions I have throughout the day, to watch shows, and YouTube in my free time. I also use it every day for classes and work. It is pretty essential in my life to be able to access it at work since I often have to help people with their issues, and all the programs we use are dependent on the internet. I also love the internet since it allows me to be able to stay connected to my best friend who lives in Africa, and it also gives me the ability to stay in touch with my family while I am here at college. Overall, that's pretty much the whole of my relationship with the internet.
